Reservations are strongly recommended for Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Bridge Day (3rd weekend of October) and throughout our season from April 1st to November 1st.

A 2 - night minimum stay is required for the following: Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, Labor Day weekend and Bridge Day (3rd weekend in October).

Full payment is required when making a reservation for one night. A deposit, equal to a one night stay, is required when making a reservation for 2 days or more. The balance is due at check in. If you use the online reservation system, there is a $7.00 non-refundable processing fee.

Specific site numbers are NOT Guaranteed. 

Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your arrival will be refunded less a $15 processing fee. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days, will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

You must call the office at 304-574-1065 to cancel your reservation. Cancellations can not be processed by email. The reservation fee is non-refundable when cancelling a reservation.

If you need to change dates, call the office and we will do our best to accommodate the change.

Refunds will not be given due to inclement weather. During your stay, if you leave early, for any reason, the amount you paid for your reservation will not be refunded. 

NO SHOWS will forfeit their deposit, reservation fee and their site. Your site will not be held.

Check out is 12 pm (noon) EST. If a later check out is needed, call the office for approval. There will be a late check out fee applied in the amount of a half day or full day stay.

Check in is from 2 pm to 9 pm EST. Call the office for after hour instructions.

**EARLY arrivals will be charged a $10 fee for every hour before 2 pm, unless prior approval by management before arrival. Call 304-574-1065 for approval.
